INSTALLING CSF RAIL

IMPORTANT!

Rail installation can be performed with CSF supplied parts or McCue supplied parts.
Parts and instructions differ.

 

Confirm the parts you have before proceeding:

  • Check your kick-off email.

  • Check the packaging. CSF rail is crated. McCue rail is wrapped in corrugate.

PREPARE RAIL

Slide tubing onto leg until it is snug with the cap. Trim 1/4”-3/8” longer than the leg.

The longer tubing length should fill the drilled hole.

PREPARE LEGS

Slide legs into rail at correct at correct position for run type.

Tighten on both ends to secure joiner and rail.

Use joiner to secure rail sections together.

Snap in the end cap to finish a straight run.

INSTALL RAIL

Tighten legs.

Position legs over holes and firmly insert rail.

REINFORCE RAIL SEAMS

Measure 2” from top and 2” from both sides of seam.

Use a counter sink bit on the pilot holes.

Drill a pilot hole on each side of rail seam.

Drill through the rail and joiner to secure.

PREPARE & INSTALL CORNERS

Position legs over holes and firmly insert rail.

Add screws through pilot holes to attach corner to rail.

Put corner in place and drill 2 pilot holes on each side through the corner piece into the rail.

Do not overtighten screws.
